- Send your old spare hair system for duplication
If you are currently using a hair system bought from any other suppliers and looking for a more affordable price, please feel free to send it to us. Using your existing system as a guide, we can not only follow the size and contour, but also make other custom specifications such as hair density, hair direction, curl & wave, color etc exactly as your old hair system or even better. You can require changes on new system, for example, increasing grey hair percentage, change density level, match mailed new color sample or template ...etc. We can not only duplicate these details precisely and apply them to your new hair system but can also (if you prefer) use your old system as a template for size, shape and contour only and make any changes you like. All you need to do is to fill the replication form and we will contact you once the hair duplication order is received.

After you fill and submit the order form , customer service will send you and email advising you how to ship your old hair system and the order details that you selected so can verify or make corrections.
The last thing need you do is: print out the order form and put it into the envelope together with your old unit and/ or hair samples, then mail the envelope to us.
What's next? 9 - 12 weeks later, a postman will deliver a customized brand new hair system to your front of your door.

A: For stock hair units, we usually can ship them out in 1-2 work days. For custom orders, the production turn around time is 20-40 work days depending on the complexity of your order.
Q: Why the price on the shipping invoice is different from the price I paid?
A: The prices shown on the shipping invoice will be different to what you paid as the prices on the shipping paper are for Customs declaration only. A lower price declared helps the customers reduce ad-valorem duty or sales taxes you may have to pay when receiving imported goods in certain countries. Please check about importing / tax regulations if you are first time customer. If you want us to declare true value on the shipping invoice, please inform us in advance.
