Custom orders can be made in any size as offered sizes or templates. Front to back measurement is the “ length of the base ” Ear to ear measurement is the “ width of the base ”

Our base model kit ring is composed with many base designs with real materials help you easy to observe material and overall construction.

A and CC front contours are mostly used for man hair systems. CC is our default option for men's hair replacements. 

We usually do NOT make scallop on lace material because it makes the lace edge fray more rapidly and can easily rip. A Scallop front is usually applied to skin material only.

The base material that we use for our cap systems is tinted to match your natural skin tone. When placed against your skin, the base material becomes invisible rendering an extremely natural looking hairline and scalp appearance. This makes our hair systems virtually undetectable.

More than 60 pieces of real human hair color samples are consisted in our color ring. They cover nearly all hair colors human people might have. It helps you to decide the most suitable color.

WigsZone use the top quality fine synthetic hair, yak hair or human grey hair for grey hair as customers need with different percentage exactly as customers desire!

For choosing a hair system also involves selecting a hair style, it is advisable to choose a hair style similar to your own or alternatively you can choose a hair style which best suits your current/preferred hair style.

The curl & wave chart shows different curls and waves in real hair, making easy for you to compare with your own curl before ordering.

An important tool when ordering a new custom made hair replacement system. Sometimes, it’s very hard to discuss density with customers. But with a density chart, you can order an accurate density. 

Sending in a REAL sample ensures a precise match.

Regular size new hair replacement systems takes at least 12 weeks to get delivered. Full head wigs need 1-2 weeks longer. This time exclude going over the details at the beginning between us and of course exclude the logistics time.

However, due to variations introduced by the digitizing process and to differences in computer monitors, please understand that actual colors may differ slightly from those displayed here. A: For stock hair units, we usually can ship them out in 1-2 work days. If our production needs more time to prepare your stock orders, we will email you or phone you to let you know and achieve your agreement. For custom orders, the production turn around time is 20-40 work days depending on the complexity of your order.

Q: Why the price on the shipping invoice is different from the price I paid?

A: The prices shown on the shipping invoice will be different to what you paid as the prices on the shipping paper are for Customs declaration only. A lower price declared helps the customers reduce ad-valorem duty or sales taxes you may have to pay when receiving imported goods in certain countries. Please check about importing / tax regulations if you are first time customer. If you want us to declare true value on the shipping invoice, please inform us in advance.
